How it Works                                                                          

When a request is received, we usually call to discuss choices and to learn more about the golfers involved. We then book the tee times and notify the client of what has been booked. The tee times are held, usually for 10 days, until a credit card guarantee is received or a deposit is made. At that point the times are guaranteed. Full payment is required before the first day of play. All payments are made through my company. Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours in advance. You will receive a full refund except for a modest cancellation charge. Groups must be canceled further in advance-restrictions vary depending on the golf course's policies.

After receipt of a guarantee, you will be issued identification vouchers for presentation at the golf courses. All you have to do is show up and play golf!

Q. May I pay at the golf courses?
A. No, you make one payment to Golf a la Carte. We have accounts at all the courses and are charged when you check in.

Q. What is included in the green fee?
A. A shared cart and range balls. A few of the lower priced courses do not include range balls.

Q May my non-golfing friend ride along?
A. Maybe yes, maybe no, it depends on whether the course is busy. There is usually a rider's fee.

Q. Do fees include taxes?
A. Yes

Q. How about dress codes?
A. Dress codes are strict-and enforced. No jeans, cutoffs, short shorts, tank tops, T-shirts or ragged clothes. Shorts must be of Bermuda type. Shirts must have sleeves and collars

Q. What if it rains?
A. No refunds if course continues in play. However, the courses are generally flexible and you may play another day if your schedule permits

Q. What are cancellation policies?
A. 72 hours of bookings from 2 to 12 players. Policies for groups vary depending on the golf courses, and can require cancellation as much as 30 days in advance.

Q. What if I want to change my tee time?
A. All changes must be made through "Golf a la Carte"

Q. What if I lose my voucher?
A. Call us immediately. If time permits, we'll issue a new one. Otherwise we will ensure that the course honors your time

Q. How about playing 36 holes a day?
A. Almost all courses permit a replay at a reduced rate, and we can advance book the replay

Q. Do you offer last minute discounts?
A. Unfortunately, no.

Q. Any other discounts?
A. If you are willing to play early or in the afternoon, some courses offer lower fees. It gets dark early in the winter, so you aren't guaranteed 18 holes

Q Do you offer golf packages with hotels and rental cars?
A. No, but we work with companies that are package specialists and will refer you to such experts. We do the golf for those companies.

Q. Any limitations on when we can tee off?
A. Yes, a few of the courses we work with have members and times are reserved for them-generally until 10-11.

Q. Are rental clubs available?
A. Yes, we can reserve them for you but you pay for them at the course
